I sense something really goes hay wire with my back bone yesterday. A little bit achingbut still, I worked to clean up my room. Woke up early in the morning, cleaned the toilets, wash the bed sheets, vacuum and mop the floor. And now, I'm paralyzed. It starts aching more and more till I couldn't even seat well, stand well, walk well and sleep well.

Can you imagine I couldn't even lift a 1.5 litre bottle of water? It made me strengthless.
