Baking Session @ Cousin May's House!

Today met up with Cousin Joanne, Sharon and Lyn as we are heading over to Cousin May's place for baking session! It's a fulfilling day we spend!

We are planning to make Swiss Roll and Chicken Shepherd Pie today!

I'm proud to announce that Chicken Shepherd Pie was a SUCCESS!

However, Swiss Roll was not really well done. I think is due tot he thickness of the roll and the recipe of the Swiss Roll we got online is not a very good one.

No matter what, it still fun to have a great experience to bake for the first time.

Friend who know me knew that I love to cook. I fall in love with cooking since I was 19 year old. And today I started to love baking!! BUT I hate the after work. You need to clean and mop the whole kitchen. That's super tiring! You will never know how tired it is unless you experience a day of being a mother.

Well Well, my small aunt always tell me to equip myself with the skills of taking care of kids. And now its a chance of training without a need to pay school fees. I do like kids. But I can't handle them when they starts to cry. I don't know how to play with them. Ok! maybe I got slight improvement now. At least I can play with them a little. Last time, I just stood at one corner looking at those babies. Haha!
